The Nutella Truck Tour

No, you are not dreaming.  The highly addictive, eat straight from the jar, chocolate hazelnut spread that everyone loves is doing a North American tour.  It started in May on the East Coast, hitting up New York and New Jersey and spreading the happy.  That is their hashtag slogan: #spreadthehappy.  They’ve made their way across the country and will be in California from September 13th through September 27th.  If you are in the Los Angeles area or the Bay Area during those dates, you might be lucky enough to join the Nutella party.  The truck stops will have swag giveaways like shirts and stickers (yay, free stuff!), games and fun activities which may or may not include a beanbag toss, a special photo “experience” (hello, Instagram!) and, of course, the tasty treat itself. They will be spreading the love at Los Angeles City College, Olvera St., and Hollywood for the so-cal Nutella lovers.  Then the the truck travels north to celebrate the sweet Italian snack at Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco City College, Downtown SF, the SoMa StrEat Food Park, and concluding at a football game in Berkeley. That’s a lot of chances to get your Nutella fix.  The Nutella Truck will finish up its USA tour with a Southern leg in Dallas and New Orleans.  Check the Nutella site or follow them on social media for the sweet deets.
